    Keeping inventory at its top for a computer repair business is a must. During the recession, people look for other jobs, earning and freelance opportunities, for which they use their desktop or laptop computers. And as these devices are prone to failure, there are high chances of owners visiting your shop to get their IT gadgets fixed.

    Thus, if you don’t want to miss any sales opportunity, try to keep all the repair parts and accessories of computers made by HP, IBM, Toshiba, Acer, Lenovo, Dell, and Apple. Keep their salaries competitive, and if this is not possible, offer them attractive bonuses so that they can agree to work for you.
